Abstract Submission Terms & Conditions

By submitting an abstract to the IHBI Inspires Annual Conference 2019, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

IHBI Inspires 2019 assumes that all authors have approved the submitted abstract. All abstracts must be written in English and submitted online using the EasyChair submission website. IHBI Inspires accepts up to two submissions per presenting author. Students submitting to IHBI Inspires 2019 must get their supervisors approval prior to submission.

IHBI Inspires 2019 accepts no responsibility for submitted abstracts. The responsibility remains with the authors. The copyright of all abstracts rests with the authors and IHBI Inspires 2019 may not be held responsible for any infringements as a result of plagiarism, libel, slander or any misuse of material. Authors submitting an abstract for the IHBI Inspires 2019 meeting do so with the understanding that they will abide by the conditions, deadline policies and decisions of the IHBI Inspires 2019 Committee.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be communicated to the authors by July 15th 2019
Abstracts are submitted with the understanding that when an abstract is accepted, the presenting author will register by August 01th 2019 and attend the meeting. Should the presenting author be unable to attend the meeting, a registered co-author may present the oral or poster presentation instead.
